depression, addictions,
and eating disorders.
- Dr. deLange works with other professionals to assist her clients in receiving adjunct treatments
that support long-term care and recovery.
- Dr. deLange's therapeutic style is client-centered. She works with a variety of treatment modalities to assist her clients in reaching their goals while resolving conflict in their lives.
Dr. Chris combines cognitive behavioral therapy with psychodynamic/insight work to assist her clients in identifying their needs and constructing meaning and purpose in their lives. Dr. deLange's therapy style is direct while being supportive. She is grounded in the belief that you and her share a mutual goal--to help you free yourself from negativity, low self-esteem, and self-harming behaviors.
